We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Downloadable software products
Any items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page
Opened beauty products (for hygiene reasons), unless they arrived damaged or defective
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

Provide Details: In your email, please include:
Your order number.
The name of the product(s) you wish to return.
The reason for the return.
Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization (if applicable) and the return shipping address.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or a protective box) and ship it to the address provided by our team.
Note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Inspection: We will notify you via email of the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you need to exchange an item for a different product or size, the fastest way is to:
Return the original item following the "How to Initiate a Return" process above.
Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Note: We do not process direct exchanges by shipping a new item before receiving the old one.

A photo of the damaged product and the packaging.
A clear description of the issue.
We will arrange for a full refund or a replacement, and we will cover the return shipping costs for the damaged item.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items (items purchased during a promotional sale) are generally final sale and cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or defective. Please check the product page for specific details.
